    Total employees = 2400 Number of males and females = 1500 and 900 respectively. Males in HR = 12% of 1500 = 180 Females in accounts = 24% of 900 = 216 Since the ratio of males and females in HR is 6:11, Number of females in HR = 330 Number of females in IT = 1/9th of 900 = 100 Number of males in production = 42% of 1500 = 630 Number of females in production = 63 Number of females in marketing = 900-(216+330+100+63) = 191 Number of males in IT = 285-100 = 185 Number of males in marketing = 22% of 1500 = 330 Number of males in account = 175 Percentage of males in IT = $$frac{185}{1500}*100$$ = 12.33%
