I.$$2x^{2} - 19x + 45 = 0$$ => $$2x^2 - 10x - 9x + 45 = 0$$ => $$2x (x - 5) - 9 (x - 5) = 0$$ => $$(x - 5) (2x - 9) = 0$$ => $$x = 5 , frac{9}{2}$$ II.$$6y^{2} - 48y + 90 = 0$$ => $$y^2 - 8y + 15 = 0$$ => $$y^2 - 3y - 5y + 15 = 0$$ => $$y (y - 3) - 5 (y - 3) = 0$$ => $$(y - 3) (y - 5) = 0$$ => $$y = 3 , 5$$ Hence no relation can be established.
